Assassin's Creed Origins Season Pass and Post-Launch DLC Plans

The Roman Centurion and Horus Packs, each of which will include a new outfit, weapons, shield, and mount, will be delivered in November, while the in-game currency Helix Credits and the Calamity Blade (which you have to admit, regardless of what you think of Assassin's Creed, is a great name for a knife) will be available at launch. Today, Ubisoft revealed all of the content they plan to release to Season Pass holders and individual purchasers, laying out a clear roadmap for the post-release content's future. The second DLC, The Curse of the Pharaohs, focuses heavily on Egyptian mythology and pits players against undead pharaohs and Egyptian monsters. First up, in January 2018, will be "The Hidden Ones". With an entire country to explore, from deserts to lush oases, from the Mediterranean Sea to the tombs of Giza, players will fight against unsafe factions and wild beasts as they explore this huge and unpredictable land. During their journey, players will encounter famed Egyptian beasts such as Anubis warriors, scorpios and more, as they investigate the cause of the curse that has brought the dead pharaohs back to life.

The Nomad's Bazaar - Track down a wandering merchant who will give you daily quests to pursue and reward you with exotic mystery rewards.

It seems like Ubisoft is flirting with the idea of having a persistent rotating set of new things to do, and new content added in to keep people playing like what we've seen done in recent games like Destiny.

Photo Mode: Players will be able to capture and share the beauty of the Egyptian landscape and indulge their inner wildlife photographer while discovering in-game pictures taken by other players. This is rather self-explanatory because many games have this mode nowadays. You win quality gear if you're victorious.

Death toll reaches 14 in U.S. nursing home hurricane tragedy
Franco's death follows the death of her 93-year-old husband, Miguel, who was also a patient at the nursing home. State officials later suspended their license, and owners eventually closed the facility permanently.

Horde Mode: Players will fight endless waves of enemies in the Gladiator Arena.

Discovery Tour: We covered this mode a few days ago, but Discovery Tour teaches you about Egypt. There are also tours curated by actual historians and experts.

Assassin's Creed Origins will be out on October 27 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PCs. Ubisoft wanted Assassin's Creed Origins to be a brand-new vision for the franchise. Be sure to keep an eye on the game and our review towards the end of this month.
