UCF fans pay for billboard to challenge Alabama to game

A billboard has gone up in Tuscaloosa, allegedly paid for by UCF fans and it's sure to be noticed. By having a flawless season and beating the only team that defeated both Alabama and Georgia this season, the UCF Knights are clearly champions. UCF went 14-0 and used its perch as the country's lone unbeaten team to claim the national title for itself, which is fine and good. The group, however, missed deadlines, so the fans changed the ad and the made arrangements to put the sign near the University of Alabama.

UCF beat the Auburn Tigers 34-27 in the Peach Bowl on New Years Day.

Alabama defensive line coach Karl Dunbar had a backpack stolen from a conference room on the Saturday before the national championship game, a FOX 10 in Atlanta report said.

The Knights received a No. 6 final ranking by the AP and also received four first-place votes, which was the first time in the College Football Playoff era their champion (Alabama) was not a unanimous No. 1. Saban joins the late Alabama coach Paul "Bear" Bryant as the only coaches with five AP titles.

Brooklyn Assemblywoman Indicted on Fraud Charges
She submitted a forged lease agreement to DYCD, the government entity that manages and doles out the Council's discretionary fund. Between July 2015 and January 2017, Harris committed a almost identical scheme-but this time as a sitting Assemblywoman.

The Knights even had a parade at Disney World to celebrate their national championship.

But before you dismiss UCF and Bama outright, believe it or not, they've played before. "How about a home & home series with UCF?" The Knights beat the Crimson Tide 40-38 on October 28, 2000, in Tuscaloosa.

They hold the bragging rights, but the next meeting could be very different.
