The super-hero attraction is expected to replace the "bug's land" area inspired by the 1998 Disney/Pixar film "A Bug's Life". In the coming years, all three parks will be getting new rides and experiences centered around heroes like Spider-Man, Iron Man, Ant-Man, The Wasp, and more.

In the United States, the Disneyland Resort will have a new superhero-themed land, as Disney is calling it, and it is set to open sometime in 2020.

The Disney Hotel New York in Paris "will be reimagined to become ... the first Disney hotel to showcase the inspiring world of the Avengers, Spider- Man and more", according to Disney. The park will also launch a "Summer of Super Heroes" live-action show from June 10 to September 30.

Hong Kong Disneyland will see a new themed area which will include an attraction where guests team up with Ant-Man and the Wasp.
