Drake responds to Kendrick Perkins on Instagram

The Cleveland Cavaliers' thrilling overtime win over the Toronto Raptors in Game 1 of their second-round National Basketball Association playoff series was punctuated by a unusual altercation between the famous rapper/Raps superfan and the veteran benchwarmer.

But now that the Cavs are facing the "Nice For What" singer's hometown team, the Toronto Raptors, don't expect that to be the case throughout the Eastern Conference Semifinals.

'This went all the way into the tunnel, with Drake calling Perkins a 'f****** p****' and calling for him to come out, ' wrote the Toronto Star's Bruce Arthur on Twitter.

Drake heard Perkins talking smack to Raptors big man Serge Ibaka. "So I said something back to him".

On Tuesday, he got into his usual casual courtside seat where he got into an altercation with Kendrick Perkins of the Cavs.

Perkins clearly didn't appreciate something that was said and had to be pushed away by teammate JR Smith at halftime of Cleveland's 113-112 win.

"So I said something back to him, he said something slick so I said something back: "Sit your ass down and watch the game"".

Drake joked about the encounter in a subsequent Instagram comment, saying he was only trying to compliment the hem on Perkins' capris. LeBron James finished with 26 points, 11 rebounds, 13 assists, and two blocks on the night, but received a lot of help from his supporting cast when he needed it most.

And Harden, who finished with 32 points and 11 assists in the shock defeat, says Houston paid the price for overlooking the Jazz. I originally had this going six games, but definitely didn't see Houston losing tonight. "Give them credit", Harden said.
