Arsenal, Chelsea enter race for Man United star

There has been a lot of chatter about the future of Anthony Martial at Manchester United under Jose Mourinho, but reports today suggest that his time at the club may be edging towards its end.

Martial, 22, has failed to impress Mourinho in the few instances he's been given playtime, much recently failing to take his chances in the defeat to Brighton.

Martial has been in and out of the side at a stage of his career that he needs to be playing regularly in order to progress.

The situation has sparked speculation that the 24-year-old will be on the move this summer and ESPN claim that Arsenal and Chelsea are both showing a keen interest in offering Bailly a fresh start.

The Sunday Mirror claims that while a number of Manchester United's hierarchy are against Martial leaving, Jose Mourinho would be willing to sanction his departure if he were to be able to get one of his main transfer targets in return, Chelsea winger, Willian. "When individuals do that it is hard for the team to play well".

"I think this is not the right moment to speak about this".

"It's disrespectful for the other players, for my players, for the other clubs".

When asked to comment on Chelsea's links with Martial, Conte replied: "Our focus is to finish this season in the best possible way".

But the ex Real Madrid boss will only allow Martial to leave if Chelsea chiefs would agree a swap deal that will include Willian.
