Twitter reacts to Sundowns v Barcelona game

This is the second time that Sundowns will host Barcelona for a friendly game, having previously met in 2007, a match that the Catalans won 2-1.

The game is being played at The FNB Stadium in Johannesburg.

There were cheers when he eventually began to warm up, coming on in place of B team midfielder Inigo Ruiz de Galarreta with just 15 minutes to go and with Barca already three goals ahead.

It seems Barcelona are taking the match against Mamelodi Sundowns seriously, despite the timing of the fixture.

OnePlus 6 flagship smartphone will be unveiled today
For the enthusiasts, they are unhappy with such a setup because it has made the OnePlus 6 looking more generic than ever. OnePlus is scheduled to launch the much-awaited OnePlus 6 at a launch event to be held in London at 9.30 PM IST.

There also are fringe players in the squad such as Ousmane Dembele, and Lucas Digne, whom Sundowns reported was briefly held at the South African airport owing to a fever.

More sloppy defending gave Barcelona a third goal on 67 minutes when an interception set up Gomes to fire past substitute goalkeeper Kennedy Mweene.

Mamelodi Sundowns: 14 Denis Onyango 4 Tebogo Langerman 20 Anele Ngcongca 29 Bangaly Soumahoro 6 Wayne Arendse 13 Tiyani Mabunda 8 Hlompho Kekana (captain) 33 Khama Billiat 11 Sibusiso Vilakazi 18 Themba Zwane 22 Percy Tau.

Barca's stay on the continent will only be a brief one with one last league game calling them against Real Sociedad as they look to close out their season in style at the Nou Camp on Sunday.
